Unannounced conference calls to the investment community are against regulation FD:

Regulation Fair Disclosure

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Regulation Fair Disclosure,[1] also commonly referred to as Regulation FD or Reg FD, is a regulation that was promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in August 2000.[2] The rule mandates that all publicly traded companies must disclose material information to all investors at the same time.

Are you saying that ALLM violated a SEC regulation?

I remember when De Leige said that they'd have regular quarterly conference calls with Q&A quite some time ago. Of course that never came true.

So now you're saying they're private with NO public Q&A?

Where in this public press release is there any mention of a conference call?

This could be of interest to the SEC, no?
