perhaps 3B or 5B or certainly 10B, a reverse split is as
necessary , as it is inevitable.


GAWK SHAREHOLDERs WILL BE DESTROYED.


The ongoing dilution first. .. Then the conversion
of PREFERREDs comes next.


THe coup de grace will be the 10::1 or 20::1 , or even
larger, reverse split when the OS gets too large.
