+Morning, Sepp.

"I believe that article (from the summer) refers to the initial draft of Palmetto's "no decision" back in May. I am unaware of what OPK had to say at the conference - Does someone know if management provided an explanation then? Was the "final" non-draft verdict from Palmetto anticipated all along..."

If OPK was too dense to know what was coming, we should all sell our shares immediately. Surely you have told people at times things they didn't want to hear, so they didn't.

OPK says they laid out exactly what they provided the FDA to Palmetto - who could have read it just like we did.

I had shares in another biotech that failed disastrously to get anywhere with their prostate cancer test that may have been better than OPK's and I had the distinct displeasure of getting the brush off from leading urologists pushing biopsies for their financial health.

On the way into town there was a large billboard by the friendly surgeons at Syracuse University Hospital advising men to get a biopsy as soon as possible. The coach of the Syracuse University basketball team, Jim Boeheim, even got a prestigious appointment they forgot to mention here:

Boeheim's fundraising activity has included lead involvement with Coaches vs. Cancer, a national cooperative fundraising program of the NABC and the American Cancer Society. The annual Coaches vs. Cancer "Basket Ball," organized by Boeheim and wife Juli Boeheim, has developed into one of the most successful charitable events in Upstate New York. "Jim Boeheim has done more for the Coaches vs. Cancer program than any other coach in the country. Not only has he helped raise over $2.6 million for the American Cancer Society since 1997, but he has also brought hope and determination to cancer patients everywhere," says Jim Satalin, director of Coaches vs. Cancer. "Jim is a Hall of Fame coach both on and off the court."

Great coach undoubtedly, possibly a great humanitarian, rotten medical advisor.

IMNSVHO.

Best, Terry
