Big Bambino, I find it interesting that Libigel has been pulled from the Deals.bio website and they never did provide info on the CV risk reduction, it's biggest benefit.

Especially, since a condition of ANI maintaining the rights to Libigel from Antares requires that they continue developing Libigel and attempt to market it.

Now put that into the context of filing a patent application for extension of time without submitting arguments and adjust the claims.

It looks like in the Abandonment entry posted today, the examiner did not interview them as they did for the Commercial Scale Production.

With six months to submit the argument and adjust the claims, you have to wonder what they are waiting on? What moving piece is missing? It makes me wonder if Abbvie will be taking the lead in prosecuting the patent application and they are simply waiting on Abbvie's timing (just a possibility).
