The spread can be 25% or more. The price flops up and down 25% depending on "bid" or "ask". Quite often doesn't mean much except that the last trade was a sell instead of a buy.
Sometimes the spread will be different at OTC than it is at CSE. Looking at the trading at both markets simultaneously can give a clearer picture.
