Cannabix vs Breathtec

Long-term; is it worth being concerned that they are in competition?

Cannabix is clearly marketed towards THC detection and Breathtec is clearly marketed towards bio-medical and has no mention of detection of controlled substances.

Even if they are they same people building the two companies, is it a bad thing that the device may be applicable in two different industries?
