If we are going to anologize with out of the box examples, with your logic we better "BAND vehicles." More people die every year in car accidents than smoking. This simple answer to your statement is that they are not comparible, two completely different issues, and concerns.

Aside from this, smoking was originally considered to be healthy, but with further testing it was quickly disproved. Why is it that smoking was marketed as being healthy?
The answer to this question is who was behind the ownership of the future profits of the smoking.. If TLPS is not approved it will be because it will not benefit the richest of America. Pure minipulation; a failure of justice and fairness no matter how you look at it.

We need to see testing that proves interference, not just a hypothetical that it "may" happen, the only evidence we have so far shows no interference.
