It seems like on the BB stocks that they rise when news is released and confirms some event, where on the big boards they rise on the anticipation of news and decline when its released. I suppose that is because the big board stocks have consistent established track records where the BB stocks either don't have track records of success or inconsistent ones at best.

Anybody else notice that?
