Funny thing is the A/S hasn't even been voted on yet and assuming it passes, it will take time to go in effect and they will still need to update and file when it comes to actually issuing those shares. IMO dilution was a given considering the share structure, but I strongly am suspecting that the reaction to the A/S announcement was an overreaction and the devil will be in the details. In the here and now though, the share structure is just as attractive as it was before the announcement, but what has happened was a very successful shakeout which likely got a lot of the quick flippers and hot money out of the stock. And that means it's primed to move up again. Cheers!
