As a 10% owner do you have anti-diluted shares??????? have you seen the ferc certificate???? what do we have that we can put our hands on if this isnt what you say it is ???? Randall has complete control by the 250,000 class b voting shares at 1000 vote each , 10% ownership from the start , another 10% in green energy solutions and at least another 17 million shares that I know of. we bought something from WWCD (that was Ian Yavitz) that was purchased from David cohen in connecticut and formerly known as standard gas and electric. that was transferred on march 01,2016 from WWCD????? thru Ferrel Lawfirm in NY??? comments????
