Your estimates for damages and time frame are conservative. The base case for damages is well above what you presented.
If wddd gets a favorable ipr ruling, I believe the base case gets priced in immediately. Over the following months, people will begin to price in close to the best case scenario.
Of course, if they get an unfavorable ruling, the stock will be sub penny.
