you can always get out - its called worthless stock - I get those all the time in my account - in fact two are sitting there waiting for etrade to purge. trying to get my losses back on G.B.H.L. interesting story! this one is dead for awhile - my guess 6 to 12 months and doubt if us shareholders get anything out of it.
