We're not on the OTC anymore. The shares can be much more readily absorbed on the big board, limiting the total number. See last dilution: 1M share offering which was over-subscribed, selling 1.15M shares total.

I think we might have a bet. A beer perhaps? I think the O/S count will be 17.5M, you're thinking 19M, call the over/under 18M?
