I'm under the understanding that no OTCBB stocks can trade after hours so this must have happened prior to close and just showed up late. If trades can happen prior or after hours I need to find out how to do it! lol But looking back over the last hour prior to close I can't find anything in the news department. That's a pretty big amount to come in with just for a gamble? It would sure be nice for some good news especially since there hasn't been any news at all for a few days now.
