I found this company on his Linkedin profile and it's all over the different marijuana online retail stores and multiple other distribution channels.

It's a pesticide for Marijuana plants with big connections and it is environmentally friendly. Just take a look at the website.

I'm not saying this is the acquisition, but it gives me a better idea about what Ed Rosenthal does to make money.
