He must be referring to 100% cad-free. Hopefully he is not hinting entirely new class from QDX. If it is then, it may take its own time with never ending cycle....:

I am totally convinced we never had 100% cad-free before. Also cad-free QD of Samsung might be from labor intensive batch process with Nanosys chemistry ( kind of captive production).
