It is like comparing apples to oranges.

To begin, even though CVSI only increased .16cents in price it was a 27% increase. That was much better than CANN which although it increased .70 cents, was only a 16.8% increase. I personally don't care what price my stock is as much as what percent increase my money is making. As far as the overall price... CVSI has roughly 3xs the share count. This makes CVSI relatively speaking about half the price of CANN. That isn't necessarily a bad thing but gives CVSI more opportunity to grow.
