Check $DEQI - filings this weekend show David Tobias is majority shareholder. Still under the radar, soon to be MJ stock. I try not to pump, but his other stocks are very successful (Pres of $CBDS - $7.50+, $HEMP & $MJNA). No official company statements other than recent filings. But holding long-term since other stocks in his control have major appreciation values.
