ACQUISITION MIN. TARGET: $3.25 to $3.75 / share

I'm on the boat that this company is going to sell itself. My guestimate is they would agree to a $75M+ sale. If that happens, the above is my target for this stock.

I work for a tech. digital products company that was acquired - exact same scenario here.
