I was asking for an opinion from an investor, there is no reason why someone cannot answer a question like that. "I don't know" is an honest answer. Or, "I don't care" - that's an honest answer too.

It just strikes me as odd that this company can't even communicate any kind of explanation for why they are 9 months late with filings.

Is it a topic that is uncomfortable to talk about?
