Did you even read my post?!? All I'm saying is if SGBY issues stocks to buy a lab in CA, I'm all for it because the value generated for shareholders will be MUCH higher than the effect of dilution. With such an acquisition and CA legalizing on Nov 8th, SGBY's market cap can double on a single day. Who gives a $hit about a little bit of dilution in such case?
