Read about 101 and the two part test! Sadly, screaming 101 doesn't work anymore for infringers! Nor as arguments as to why a stock won't move. Perhaps you're not up to speed with the changes!

I have no opinion whether 101 will kill the patents or not. I am just factually stating there is a 101 SJ filing on the docket and will be ruled on by Casper if the patents make it through the PTAB and the case is unstayed.

I do hope the patents make it through the PTAB, beat the 101 SJ, and wins/collects a lot of money from ATVI. This case is a very good example among a few others of efficient infringement and abusing the patent system by non-paying entities, which needs to be fixed.
