No. CGRA is not in the mj business, but rather only rents space to Wildfire. I was simply responding to the inflated price projections in various posts, and the noton that the wholesale price for mj was $1,600 a pound, which is not at all accurate.

Having recently spent the better part of 2 weeks in Colorado earlier this month as the Aspens were in full turn, I have an excellent perspective on retail mj prices up in the resort areas of Colorado, as you cannot escape the marketing and touted discounts, coupons, etc. And, what really struck me was the fact that there are so many coupons and specials in the paper each day for Buy One Get One Free and Buy one ounce get a second once at half off, etc., and huge marketing of discounted prices. Also, just driving around there are signs and other media encouraging folks to pull over for the cheapest prices. Saw advertised retail prices below $100 an ounce.

Bottom Line: the wholesale price for mj is not $1,600 per pound, and prices continue to trend downward due to the glut and over-supply of mj out there on the market in legalized states.

And, the price will only drop further if more states take that plunge.
