I would point to Contentguard who won 39/40 PTAB challenges, survived SJ, and excellent claim constructions. Verdict: patents not invalid, non infringement, and no damages due to non infringement.

There are no guarantees in patent litigation. That is why defendants are fighting these battles all the way to the supreme court instead of amicably negotiating licensing agreements. History over the last 10 years has shown to fight the battles as the plaintiff has a good chance of tripping up at some point during the battle, which kills the case.
