OK seriously now (ignore 38199 John but I'll take that mil LOL) you make a great point. Keep in mind though that it's even more true for their new partners, especially Emaar. They are clearly interested in making major inroads on the North-American market and now would NOT be a good time for them to be associated with anything less than reputable.
