Apparently some really smart real estate lawyers that represent some very large funds that have money exposed here that you don't have believe in the real estate. Therefore, those that say that the company owns the real estate are not lying.

Why would Ed not show up to a debtor examination? It is not true that he has a grand plan because he specifically contacted one attorney and told him why he didn't show and it had nothing to do with Africa or even the company's business operations. Zero!!
