He needs to ungag the TA...being able to independently verify the share structure changes is important. It's not like other penny CEO's have promised to return and retire shares...and then haven't. Not suggesting he won't...but if he is so geared towards transparency, allow shareholders to independently monitor the share structure in real time.

Also, is he saying that the non-cannibas vertical farming business is being spun off as a private company??? So what's left is basically an OTC pot stock as the public entity?
