Spring sounds about right to me.
They haven't even go a record date for IGEX and that RS needs to be done before they can file an S1 and issue a divi.
I would say Jan or Feb before the divi and another month or so to get a CEO onboard.

Then they can begin setting out their plan and moving forward. I don't see any mining work being done on the site any sooner than March
