Think about this for a second.

MyEcheck is the savior for the African banking problem but could not implement a system to stop hundreds of millions of shares that were apparently fraudulently issued to overseas brokerage firms.

How could that have happened. Would love to know who gave Signature Stock Transfer the instruction to issue the shares. I spoke to President of Scottsdale and he thinks he knows.

Can't teach that.
