Exactly my point! This LOI is really nothing more than an idea at this point ... there are no terms of how much is being purchased, what consideration is being given (yes would agree it would most likely be shares which would dilute us further ) And exactly what revenue projections etc. would be expected. At this point any talk about Enertrades impact on CHRO balance sheets and income statements is purely speculative and unfounded. In fact in the pr it even states "incremental revenue " ... a very nebulous term at best . While agreeing that it may be a synergistic acquisition... trying to pull revenue figures from enertrade is pointless... and again, what is the consideration given to purchase said revenue stream ? Pps won't have any reaction until terms are divulged. And again, and LOI literally means nothing. Yes pinks put these out all the time ... read the news wires ...
