First understand the difference between a host (webserver physical or virtual) which is physically controlled by a provider, and a domain name, which the DNS (domain name server) maps and points an IP numbering system to a physical location on a webservers and the reverse, from the registrar.

Post the screenshots and I can help explain further. As if it matters, or as if it is relevant in a stagnate ticker either way.
