It won't drive a pps change because it's a LOI ... not a done deal. It has no details, no numbers, nothing tangible. And it's not even showing up on many sites... LOI's get pr'd all the time and never come to fruition. Again, not saying CHRO isn't legit... but you see this all the time... letters of intent, waiting on financials ... and nothing materializes
