I think it's worth pointing out that at (around) 30,000 square feet for each tier 3 grower, (2 million or so for each), they currently have room for 60 more (If the whole property was grow space, so let's say at least 40?) and would still have enough sq feet for their own grow operation.

I know that's obvious to you but some would read through this without quite "getting it" because they have no idea how many square feet are in an acre. I know you probably try to avoid posting "pumpy" numbers haha, but yeah.
