SLEEK, VERAX and anyone else with knowledge...

With all these great returns we have enjoyed the last couple weeks (for me anyway) I'd like to get a better understanding as to what happened in 2015 for the big crash and how to and being around when that happens this time, if it does of course! Can anyone give a little insight to that and why it may or may not be different this time? And the argument about "well it still isn't legal federally sooo....."? Those are some arguments I heard over the weekend as to why I shouldn't be investing in the MJ sector... Thanks in advance guys
