Im having a very hard time believing it as well. It just doesn't make any sense. Ive heard a few comments about the additional shares from the offering pushing the price down. My question is, what additional shares? It was a private offering. Those shares haven't seen the light of day. And all the selling pressure we are seeing is below the private offering price anyway. We are trading at 35%-40% below the 200 day moving average pre offering. The offering only diluted the share price about 11%, 15% if you include all the warrants, most of which cant even be purchased till $1. We have had only good news since the offering but somehow we continue to trade lower.
