People, you are about to buy a company. What are you looking for? No toxic debt. Patents. A steady structure. A great team. Bright filings. Nothing to fix. One product that can be refined for things not even thought of. Read that line again. Products that can be sold world wide, making revenue, without the USA. Then add the USA.

Now, you are buying a small chunk of that company, for cheap, with no where to go but up. It's not rocket science or pot science, its just plain good investing
