This company is literally imploding. You have to wonder if that whole buyout thing was just a scam. This company traded in the mid teens before the offer and now is at no bid. If it was a scam they are getting what they deserve.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
