Actually, the tragic event of CFO passing wasn't reported by a clinical SEC report filed late on Friday. In fact, his "passing" was never disclosed by the company in any public format. The only reason we are even discussing it is because a rumour was posted on this message board. For the record, I stand with the company's public position, and have no knowledge of the former CFO having passed away.
