The pricing of Poni is not out of line one bit. The mistake strictly was Aria's stupidity of raising the price FOUR times in one year. A simple one-time 39% increase could have been explained very professionally.

Going back to the well with 4 increases over 10 months was asking for trouble, and they got it.

This will take Ariad off the acquisition radar for some time because no one will buy their problems and bad press.
