Listen up folks because I'm tired of repeating this...

And the repeating question is: After filing a NT10K on 31-Mar-16 so as to give themselves another 15 days, why did they fail to file a 10K?

Why have they failed to file 6 months later? Where is the subsequent 8K informing SHs as to the reason for the failure, and when they would file?

Where are the 8Ks for the subsequent material events? Those don't require an auditor.

DDCC has already reached the point where to come out of delinquency would be the equivalent of a self hanging in front of the SEC. The SEC would be asking too many annoying questions about the missing 8K material events. DDCC won't be filing any 10K. How about a SEC suspension instead?
