a few thoughts back to you Sobek,

first a disclaimer to any reading...all the information shared is my opinion and based only on close review of the information publically available .

The new company mission detail listed in OTC is an edited version in the last week or so that now includes the mention of acquiring a 'premiere hemp co.' Prior it was the same copy but looking for a company to merge into and expected to have have LOI in 90 days. It tiik the team about 45 days longer to do.

My sense is they explored options, so no telling how lon spent on the mentioned hemp company

The share issue and return is a little puzzling, I ten to think it had to do with technicalities of company transfer and re capitalization.

You mention the retirement of shares is a catalyst but strictly speaking had no impact on cap. The issue happened driving cap value to 5mm from 50k (estimates)...but the share price remained stable. My feeling is the retirement is meaningful in tandem with the acquisition - and for me a key way to assess some reasonable risk to value.

I dont have any clue about the other share classes, and assume this is the core of the ownership.

The 80mm issued to Ian is NOT a former manager (to my knowledge), but appears to be an associate involved with the transaction - he has his own investment consulting company and is a new name in the mix.

There is however a 50mm share lot owned by James Gaspard, a former president who did nothing but preside over the destruction of value in the former company along with another. This led to Scott Forsyth and team taking rhw company back and now to this. Gaspard did nothing beneficial to earn those shares - so would be great if there was a claw back possible.

Right now it seems in a really great postion
effective 8-10mm OS
effective 2-3mm float (i think may be more out but still tight) // note - the past RS after current mgt took the company back earlier this year would have shares at .20+
at price of .025 this means a rough cap value of 250k +/-

There are IF's
the return of shares
the quality of the 'permiere' hemp company (size, growth, resources, experience etc)
Ethics - is the team really growing a new company - or another PS mixed bag
Mgt - quality mgt and board
Transparency
Timely reporting and accuracy

But right now looks to me that a .06 is possible...even could be this week....again this means a cap of only 600k or so and would still be a fraction of where it could go.

I gave the other Hemp co example at a 180mm cap...so it is possible!
