I have no doubt in my mind that DDCC will file their financials within the near future

And exactly what has stopped them from filing the 10K for 2015? They had since 31-Mar-16 to put together an audited 10K for 2015. They can't afford the new auditor?

What doesn't cost is an 8K filing. DDCC has pumped 3 material events - where's the corresponding 8Ks??? An 8K is suppose to be filed within 4 days the event is announced in a PR, and not when a company decides to get around to it. Also, being delinquent does not absolve DDCC from filing 8Ks.

The "near future" for this Microcrap scam is already the future past.
