Key points as I see it.......

800k cash on hand....

75 mil shares outstanding....

48 mil float....

10 mil tax loss carry forward....

lic. from PRC for import-export biz.....

developed phosphate mine in situ waiting for better prices....

A few employees retained in china doing who knows......

No debt some stock options out at much higher prices.....

A legal claim in dispute over deal being cancelled....
