Just so you know....

The only good news is that the filing of the annual report took place; that is it!

Now the bad news outside of the financials and stock....
- The filing was at the very last minute = poor leadership.
- The company continues to keep folks in the dark = mischievous behavior.
- No employees = poor vision
- The filings do not address the status of the Mobeego distributor endeavors which should be the current most tangible revenue generator = lack of transparency.

- No mention as to whether the HP payment deadline was made.
- No mention of the distribution agreements.
- no mention of expected revenue for Q1

Unless I'm missing something, the company and more importantly, the leadership, is totally incompetent. Goobers past is a clear sign that he does not have what it takes to grow a business much less run one.
