If you invest $1000, it doesn't matter if it's .01 per share or $100 per share, it's the amount you invest that routinely goes down with sub penny stocks.

Is one penny a small amount of coin? Sure brother!

Is a thousand bucks worth of them still small? Argue with them 24
Inch pythons.

Suggesting COTE might be a "bargain" just because it's under a penny is incorrect IMO. They have zero sales and rampant dilution 1.2 BILLION shares diluted last quarter alone! That pre-authed reverse split will clean up the mess.
