Agreed, this pos has been a joke for years, and anyone who has dca'ed shares from $5 down to pennies is under water, unless of course they started at .02.
I have no doubt in my mind that the the initial investors that funded this company years ago shorted every restricted share they received for zero cost and have been reaping the benefits while PTOI has tanked. Is it any wonder why some shareholders never sold a single share, and why would they if their shares were a covered short while this tanked?
This is just another pathetic scam that has been aided and abetted by insiders and the short interest bullshit.

No matter how low the PPS of PTOI goes, the probability approaches 100% that new investors who hold will lose 100% of their investment. It's not a bargain at any price.
