Historically their noncomp are quite strong for early entries.

Recently even their subpenny paid promos have been very weak.

This tells me needs to regenerate their list probably won't happen until new year.

My Thesis as to Wolf: perhaps 2-3 noncomps and 2-3 comps for remainder of year, regenerate list and come back SWINGING BIG with a few noncomps in a row to debut 2017 with strong percentage gains before going back to comp/noncomp mix.
