I need to clarify this portion of my previous post:

when a bunch of retail small fries have more skin in the game than the CEO or most other management/board members

To be clear, there are a few management/BoD insiders with substantial ownership. I dont believe Dr.P owns any shares. My statement made it sound like there is little to no insider ownership. There is some insider ownership. But there needs to be more and especially by the CEO, in my opinion. In any case, you definitely dont blow off insider ownership like its some kind of insignificant byproduct and tell your shareholders thats its not your job to promote insider purchasing when your company is inexplicably trading at multi year lows!

I will try to find a good source of insider ownership this weekend and post it here.
