I don't think this rally is driven only by DTV settlement prospects.:.
Seems like There are many potential drivers in FH related to ip licensing, FliCharge, Group Mobile, XpressSpa or other...

Investors also are appreciating that cash burn has fallen dramatically, debt has been extinguished, and there is substantial cash on balance sheet ... all of which means that financial risk has been greatly reduced.

The insider buys recently amount to affirmation of both of these points.
They also effectively establish a floor of sorts in share price...

Do your own homework and draw your own conclusions.., in my opinion, there's like $1 of risk here for $10-20 of potential upside over next few years.
