Thanks for your email and request for clarification. Dr. Jabbour continues to provide guidance to QMC as chair of our scientific advisory board and helps the company with technology and science related matters as it relates to quantum dots and in particular activities related to solar. None of our scientific advisory board draw a salary, hence the 10K citation.
